New approved properties receive a four-month free hosting period. After the free period, the base hosting fee is KSh 3,950 per property per year. Please see the Terms & Conditions for the applicable hosting terms.
Where the applicable annual hosting fee remains unpaid, the property listing may be paused and may no longer be available for new bookings until the account is brought up to date.
